Local and organic food

To grow as much vegetables as possible on the island is another dream.
We've already tested out potatoes, carrots and beetroots. It works well,
with a little extra effort. We have our own herb garden. Rose root, nettle and
several kind of berries are growing wild at Little island Lighthouse - Litløy fyr.

But the lighthouse is looking for a chef. A person who likes to work with
basics - explore the raw materials we have around us here.

Then we dream about wild sheep. This island in the Golf Stream has
perfect pasture for wild sheep – all year long.
